Decided I will try a Sonic 4 Ep II demo despite not playing the first. Can't hurt.

Wasn't very good. It felt like a unfinished prototype. Like a game that was in the early stages. Stiff gameplay. Controls are a little loose. Visually bland. Music forgettable.

That's too bad. You'd think there'd be a massive improvement after Generations.

To be honest Generations was very good but Colors was fantastic. What Brough Generations down a few points is some of the redesigned stages were worse than the original. I mean much worse. Some of the original stages were far better. Example is the colors stage. They screwed it up in Gen. Also the boss fights were a few steps down from Colors. I love Gen but Colors is the best made 3D sonic thus far.

Either way, they have two great sonic games in a row! I didn't think it was gonna happen again.

Well picked up Darksiders just hoping my problem from before did not happen. A glitch that would not let me advance. Well it happened yet again. Then I tried once more and SUCCESS! God maybe I can finish before DSII releases..wait that's tuesday. Oh well guess not.

Sonic games are so hit an miss. I miss the days when you could pick one up knowing you were in for a great ride. Now you need to hold out for reviews before you bite. I think I dodged a bullet in avoiding Sonic The Hedgehog 360. >.>

^ Yep. My last one was Sonic and Knuckles but my favorite was Sonic 3. I know most will say Sonic 2.

Hell yeah. Those guys must have been digimon fans. Lames!

Digimon sucks too. Even harder than Pokemon.

Saw a copy of FF3 for $7.99 and FF4 for 15.99 on the DS at a gaming thrift store, was tempted to pick one up. For some reason, not having the original case and having a trashy generic one with magic marker labeling was a deal breaker for me.

Do you folks care about controller vibration? Lately I've been disabling it to save battery life. Outside of something like Rez with its dedicated vibrator, I don't generally see vibration adding much to the experience.
