Vita, any good?

Tempted at the moment but I'm worried about the lack of interesting games. This was my problem with the psp.

PSP took a few years but ended with an amazing library. Best Hand Held EVER.
Vita I LOVE it. Not much in library yet but Sony in all it's systems starts off slow in games. PSP now has a fucking great library. Gravity rush is the best game it has now. Give the vita time. Also Vita is a great mini tablet. I been having fun with it before my games arrived. I give it another year before the library picks up.

I'll hold on then. No matter how many games I look at for PSP I can't find anything that I would play. The games I would play are also on PS3 so I get them instead.

Thats one thing I have been wondering, what all can the vita do with out any game carts?

It's basicaly a 5 inch tablet or smartphone so has quite a few apps
