If it's arthritis, you could take some cissus quadrangularis. I've used it before after pulling my back while exercising, works pretty good too.

^ I have a feeling that it's not arthritis....but I still recommend looking at cissus quadrangularis just for joint pain in general.

Is it your joints? If so, then Cod Liver Oil works brilliantly. Over an extended period of time, it helps lubricate your joints to ease pain. I have arthritis in my wrists (runs in the family, apparently, only found out though after I started learning to play the decks), and it does help. A lot.

Like a roller coaster since friday on my pain level. Since Sunday I can be fine one minute and feel like crap another. Just sore muscles left over from the spasms I had in ER. Nothing serious just annoying I can't get anything done.

If you watched the Shenmue Postmortem event from the Dojo chat, I'm sorry I missed you. If not, you should have come! It was great to see almost the entire old crew together in the chat at one time. We didn't get a Shenmue 3 announcement, but (as sappy cliche as this is about to sound) it was one of those enlightening moments where I think we all realized that just being friends for a over decade meant a lot more to us.
