What are your feelings right now

depressed pissed and mostly depressed. I told Yukio,Manny & AG something I'm struggling with. Let's just say I need serious serious help. I'm honestly not sane right now and I have not been work weeks and it's just getting worse and I don;t know why. I have no reasoning. No rational. Just chaos and misguided anger and thoughts and actions. I'm going to have t0 call Valley Mental Health Monday for an emergency meeting

Yes, call help ASAP. Just try not to think at all until then. But if you can't help but think of something, think about how much of a wanker I am and laugh at me.

So many false accusations I get doesn't help matters. It was pointed out to me and I'm just not aware of this as i'm so oblivious at times that I look like i seek attention. I'm a major introvert and a have a few close friends. I talk to them. I just have the social skills of a fly.Then people say get tough or make a man out of him Humiliate him that will show him hi foolishness! YEAH!. I been fighting my own issues for so long you can only fight everyday for 20 years and each day gets harder. Last 2 years got multiplied by a thousand. I can't fight anymore it's a hopeless battle is how my brain feels. This palm tree has been bending for 25 years in a hurricane and finally splintered.

Giddy. I'm holding 1197$ in my hand. I just got part of the money I'm owed from disability. It feels so good I'm going to cash this in 1$ bills and bathe in it

I feel fanfuckingtastic! I admit it's for shallow reasons but I got some nice things. Not hand me downs. Makes my great apartment even better. And for the first time in my life I hhave a place I can call home and it's very nice up to date.

Sounds like your over sleeping. It messes up the body clock. Set an alarm for 7 or 8 hours sleep and try sticking to the same bed times. And don't sleep straight after food.

Found out yesterday someone I went to school with has gone to prison for murder. He stabbed the man 9 times. I'm happy he's gone to prison because I couldn't get along with him. Shame someone had to die for it though.
