Recommended apps?

I recently bought my first smart-phone because I want to start updating my development skills, and pretty much every development job asks for mobile experience. I never really cared about it that much before, but now that I have one, I was just looking to see if anyone had any recommended apps? I have an android, but if you have any Windows, Blackberry or apple apps, please feel free to post them too.

I have a few apps to recommend, but since I'm so new to the whole thing, I'm sure most have probably already discovered them by now.

I love brightest flashlight. I've been using calorie counter (getting fat from drinking too much lately :p) , office calculator and Oi notepad for various things.
